Kits
Team Wendy ZAP™ systems are the current original issue pad system
for the US Army's Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) and the USMC's Marine
Lightweight Helmet (MLW). ZAP™ systems have been issued to more
than 1,000,000 Military Troops and counting. Independent testing has

ZAP™ Helmet Upgrade Kits were developed due to a high demand
from all branches of the military and law enforcement seeking to increase
their level of helmet protection. ZAP™ Helmet Upgrade Kits offer
the highest level of non-ballistic impact protection available and
can be used to upgrade PASGT (the old "Kevlar") and other
military helmets. The ZAP™ Helmet Upgrade Kit also accommodates
most standard issue ballistic style law enforcement helmets (see
Law Enforcement page).

wanted to say that I was with my unit on the range for four
days. During that time I had just put in my new Team Wendy pads
and have to say what a tremendous difference. I have a MICH
Helmet that was issued with pads. The pads have since became
too hard and do not seem to form to my head. I decided to change
out the pads and have to say I was walking around letting everyone
else try it out. My commander was thoroughly impressed in the
