Orders placed will be shipped within two (2) business days if product is in stock. Customers will be notified if there will be a shipping delay due to product availability. We will only ship to addresses in the U.S. and/or APO/FPO addresses. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customers will be able to select the method of shipment (Ground, Overnight, etc.); however, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Because shipping charges are based on delivery location, size and weight, shipping charges are estimated and therefore, subject to change.

Team Wendy, LLC will accept product returns due to defective material up to 30 days after delivery. To receive a refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned to Team Wendy, LLC. Team Wendy, LLC will refund product price and tax (if applicable) to the original purchaser, to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
