Team Wendy is proud to reaffirm its commitment to The Honor Foundation (THF), a nonprofit dedicated to helping U.S. Special Operations Forces transition successfully into civilian careers.
We have proudly supported The Honor Foundation every Giving Tuesday since 2019. This partnership reflects our dedication to serving those who have served our nation and helping them thrive in their next mission.
What Is The Honor Foundation?
The Honor Foundation is a career transition program for U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF). Its mission is simple yet powerful: to translate the unique skills and experiences of SOF members into meaningful civilian careers.
Through a three-month executive-style education program, THF provides professional development that includes leadership training, networking strategies, and business fundamentals. Participants receive personalized coaching through one-on-one career guidance from experienced executive coaches. They also gain access to a network of industry leaders and mentors who help them navigate new opportunities. In addition, THF offers resources and support such as resume building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance.
The Honor Foundation
Since its founding in 2014, THF has helped thousands of SOF veterans find success beyond their service. Ninety-five percent of graduates secure careers, higher education, or entrepreneurial ventures within 90 days of leaving active duty.
