Executive Administrative Assistant


The executive administrative assistant is responsible for providing personalized administrative support to the executive in a professional and timely manner. The executive administrative assistant will work directly with the company president on a wide variety of matters, as well as support additional executives on an as needed basis at the direction of the president. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external clients
  • Maintain the President’s calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
  • Arrange President’s travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
  • Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
  • Monitor office supply levels; coordinate reorder with Purchasing when appropriate
  • Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other administrative position
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
  • Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
  • Ability to pro-actively multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion with personal and company confidential information


Planner / Buyer


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participates as key member of Material Management Team in maintaining On Time Delivery
  • Assist Master Planner to create schedules to meet completion dates for customer orders and desired inventory levels
  • Prepare lead time requests on standard products
  • Maintain close coordination between manufacturing and purchasing to flag shortages, potential shortages and initiate actions to ensure that raw materials are available to meet production needs
  • Sequence and arrange shop orders in accordance with open order report and required ship dates
  • Distribute shop orders to the appropriate personnel
  • Communicate with production line supervisors and lead persons to ensure that products are ready for shipment by the required ship date
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for the appropriate level approvals for raw materials and other supplies in accordance production schedules, shortage reports and guidance from Purchasing and Master Planner
  • Monitor reports for on-going changes, additions, and deletions to requirements
  • Monitor and expedite deliveries as needed
  • Monitor incoming delivery schedules / flagging late deliveries for action
  • Maintain appropriate reports and records
  • Provide administrative support Purchasing Manager and Master Planner
  • Other purchasing and scheduling related activities as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required (degree or relevant professional certification is preferred but not required with commensurate experience)
  • Five-plus years of experience in a purchasing related role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP processes (SAP, IFS, Plex, etc.)
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Excellent organizational / time management skills and ability to multi-task


Manufacturing Engineer


A creative and analytical thinker with the main responsibility to create, document, develop, and implement processes required to manufacture, assemble and test products of the company. The primary liaison between new product development and launch, this individual will collaborate within a cross-functional new product planning team to plan, design, arrange, change, optimize, and evaluate manufacturing equipment, tooling and processes for all new or revised products.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation into manufacturing of all new, changed or improved products, including documentation and final reports
  • Develop document and analyze process routings and labor standards
  • Develop, evaluate, improve and document manufacturing processes
  • Work closely with quality and manufacturing personnel to implement measurement and process control techniques and procedures to determine process capability and throughput
  • Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput
  • Collaborate within cross-functional product/process planning team
  • Design and develop tooling and processes to ensure effective and efficient production methods
  • Develop sources for and collaborate with vendors to develop specifications for tooling, equipment, parts, or materials, and evaluating products according to quality standards and specifications
  • Assist operations on estimating staffing requirements, production times, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions
  • Work closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical and process training for employees
  • Design and develop a structured process for improvement and coordinate product/process changes (ECR / PDR process)
  • Design, develop and implement fixtures and tooling that are consistent with low defect levels and low product cost
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of tool drawings and equipment design concepts, in accordance with R&D and quality assurance functions.
  • Provide engineering support to production department to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems
  • Support and contribute content for compliance with all company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, safety and environmental regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
  • Measurement techniques including inspection and laboratory testing
  • Ability to read technical drawings / blueprints
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience in tooling, machining and fabricating processes, especially experience in soft goods development and related fabricating processes such as with sewing and textiles
  • Experience using CAD software such as Creo or other design software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive attitude
  • Working knowledge Quality Standards (ISO)
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Extensive use of Microsoft word and excel is required.  Experience with a statistical software package such as SQC Pack or Mini Tab would be a plus.
