EXFIL® Air FIT Liner System

The EXFIL® Air FIT Liner System with Zorbium® foam technology is a lightweight, high‑performance impact liner engineered to help reduce the risk of head injury from blunt impacts in EXFIL® Ballistic helmets. Designed around Team Wendy’s proven Zorbium® foam technology, this liner system delivers reliable impact mitigation while maintaining a low‑profile fit.

The liner consists of three hard foam pads covered in durable loop fabric, allowing secure hook‑and‑loop attachment directly to the helmet shell. Developed using materials also found in the U.S. Army and Marine Corps standard‑issue 7‑Pad System, the EXFIL® Air FIT Liner System provides trusted protection with minimal added weight.
