WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The majority of orders received Monday through Friday by 3 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. EST, on weekends or on holidays will be processed within the next two business days. All orders are subject to product availability. Check product pages for helmet lead times.

If you place an order during one of Team Wendy's online sales, increased volumes can impact our ability to process and ship orders in the aforementioned window. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee our standard lead time when an order is placed during one of these sales.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?

Currently, Team Wendy does not offer same day shipping. All orders, regardless of shipping method, will ship within three to four business days after being processed and will then follow the shipping method selected by the customer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates vary depending on geographic location and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be reflected in your order summary when you check out.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?

Yes! We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail Military. We estimate seven to 14 days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.

DO YOU SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS?

No. We cannot ship to freight forwarders as we have to ensure that our products are not exported without proper authorization. Team Wendy products are regulated by the U.S. Government and every international shipment constitutes an export subject to US export control law. Our products may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized consignee or end-user(s) either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.

DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?

No. We ship to addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States, to military addresses and to U.S. territories. If you are located in a U.S. territory, please email us at info@teamwendy.com for an order form to place your order.

For international orders, please visit our Authorized Dealers and Sales Agents page or email info@teamwendy.com for information on how to obtain Team Wendy products from authorized sellers outside of the U.S.


Return policy

Our return policy only applies to orders placed on TeamWendy.com. For items purchased through dealers, please contact them for their specific return policy. Items purchased through Amazon should be returned through Amazon's returns center. 

If you are not satisfied with your Team Wendy product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to submit a return/exchange

  • Email info@teamwendy.com to request an RMA number. Include your order number and the name used for the purchase in your email.
  • If you have met the return criteria listed above, you will be sent a Team Wendy Return/Exchange Request Form with an RMA number assigned. Complete the form and follow the instructions under “Next Steps” on the form.
  • ALL returns will require an RMA number. Team Wendy is not responsible for ANY items returned without an RMA number and proper documentation.

Additional return/exchange information

  • Please allow 10-15 business days from the time the item is received at Team Wendy to process a refund. Timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. 
  • The return/exchange value is determined by the product amount listed on your sales receipt. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
  • Your refund will be in the form of your original method of payment.
  • You are responsible for shipping cost to return the item, unless it was our error. We strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier when making your return.
  • We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via TeamWendy.com.
