Andrew "Fifty Shades of FDE"
Andrew is an active Law Enforcement Officer for a large agency in California, with over 17 years of service. He creates gun and gear reviews on Instagram, YouTube, and multiple publications to help educate law-abiding citizens and fellow Law Enforcement Officers on important products that are potentially lifesaving. His goal is to share his years of personal experience to help others find the best gear suited for their own preferences.
Benny Braden, Jr.
Benny Braden, Jr. is an emergency photographer and public service advocate based in Harriman, Tennessee. A former volunteer firefighter, EMT, rescue diver, vehicle extrication instructor, and swiftwater rescue instructor, Benny brings decades of first-responder experience to his work. Today, he serves as the emergency photographer for the Tennessee Association of Rescue Squads and its Swiftwater Rescue Program, capturing powerful, real-world moments through his platform, Rescue Company Media.
Dustin Fiero
Dustin Fiero has spent his life in the ocean, turning a lifelong passion into an 18-year career as an Ocean Lifeguard with the City of San Diego. As an experienced rescue watercraft operator, he has worked at some of the world's most famous big-wave locations, including Nazaré (Portugal), Cortes Bank, Mavericks, and Todos Santos (Mexico), bringing valuable expertise to large-swell rescue operations in San Diego.
Nectar Rescue
Founded in Cleveland, Ohio, Nectar Rescue is a team of rescue specialists who believe growth comes from pushing each other to be better every day. Comprised of certified rope access professionals, the team trains hard, competes globally, and stays prepared for real-world rescue scenarios. At its core, Nectar Rescue is a community built on learning, accountability, and helping one another succeed.
Anson "Nubgunner" Roberts
Anson “NubGunner” Roberts is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient whose story reflects resilience and perseverance. In 2007, while deployed in Iraq, his vehicle was struck by a massive IED during a complex ambush, leaving him with severe burn injuries and the loss of most of his fingers. After months of recovery, Anson refused to be defined by his injuries, earning a degree from The Ohio State University and building a life centered on family, service, and adventure.
Kim Pastore
Kim Pastore founded the Jorge Pastore Foundation after the tragic loss of her husband during a SWAT hostage rescue call-out. The foundation has the mission to ensure that those who protect their communities have access to critical tools, training, education and life-saving resources to get them home safely.
Steve Cathey
Steven Cathey is a Florida–based firefighter with the Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department, where he has served for the past five years as part of a nearly decade-long career in the fire service. He is also a member of Florida Task Force 5 (FL‑TF5), a state-level Urban Search and Rescue team. Before firefighting, Steven served four years in the U.S. Army as a Cavalry Scout.
Francois Brisson
Francois Brisson is a Lieutenant Instructor and firefighter, who proudly serves as an ambassador for Team Wendy Helmets. A true Swiss knife in the field, he specializes in high-angle rescue, swift water, collapse, ocean rescue, confined space operations, and more. He has spent his career training, teaching, and responding — always pushing limits to protect and serve. Outside the uniform, he is a passionate photographer, capturing the raw moments of rescue and adventure. Whether he is hanging from a cliff, diving into turbulent waters, or trekking the globe, he lives to blend his love for extreme sports, storytelling, and human connection.
